The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for cooking. the location was ideal, as it was walking distance to restaurants, shops, the train station, and the beach. It was also easy to find and navigate around the area. the host, Lee, was friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the surprise bottle of wine that was provided.

Communication prior to arrival was difficult due to phone issues. However, if our phones had been working, it would have been easier to coordinate.

It was located in a central area very close to everything. There was a bath in the private bathroom.

It was an exceptional experience. the cozy and elegant atmosphere of the apartment made my stay truly memorable. the rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and train stations. Getting there from the airport was a breeze. the host, Lee, was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends.

My go-to place every time in Nice. Never regret staying here. Remember staff helping with bug spray at first stay. Perfect for me with internet, dryer, kitchen utensils, AC, flat-screen TV. Pets allowed, no smoking. Coming back for Easter.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. It is in the center of the city, making it very convenient for exploring. The beach is just a few minutes away, as are the train stations. The apartment is well equipped and spacious, making it feel like a home away from home. The high pressure shower and well-equipped kitchen were particularly appreciated. The location is super close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and markets. We also found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating.
